Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Request Process
Customers must raise a return request within 14 days of delivery by contacting us with clear images or videos of the issue. Once verified, further instructions will be shared.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect.
Non-Returnable Items
Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or issues reported beyond the allowed timeframe are not eligible for return or refund.
